Striker-Pink Ripple This little dish has two layers: clear iridescent rippled glass over striker pink. I can see a lot of gold iridesence in the top layer, as well as purple, maybe a pink, and a swirl of silver here and there. Striker pink is very pale - almost clear - before it's fired, and it turns raspberry in the kiln, so the colors of the top layer are enhanced by the influence of the raspberry of the bottom layer. One edge of this gently-curved little dish sports a wave of rippled glass. About 4 inches square. (In the photograph it appears that there is a darker square of pink in the center of the dish.
